My research focusses on in-silico modelling of bacterial communities, particularly examining how these communities interact with other microorganisms and the mechanisms of chemotaxis. By leveraging computational tools and models, we aim to uncover insights into bacterial behaviour, aiding in the development of strategies to manage bacterial communities in various settings, from healthcare to environmental applications.
