My research focuses on the triangular shape of nanopores in Boron nitride sheets with N-edged edges, which serve as the membrane in the desalination process. My work also investigates how incorporating H (hydrogen) and O (oxygen) groups on the pores impacts their ability to reject NaCl at varying pore sizes.
